Food: Fruit coatings (e.g. citrus fruit, melons, apples), parting and glazing agent (e.g. dragées, chocolate, chewing gum), binder for packaging printing inks for direct contact, micro encapsulation of flavourings, barrier coatings (e.g. moisture barrier)
